This lecture will cover basic strength and conditioning principles and physiology and apply them to the pediatric population.  Content is based on current evidence and applicable in rehab and wellness settings.  Topics include physiological adaptation to loading in children and adolescents, special considerations for taking a subjective intake in youth sports, and creating injury prevention programs for youth sports.
