Discussion will begin based on questions submitted by students and time will be allocated at the end of the panel for Q and A.

Objectives:

-Briefly define grit and resilience and how these may apply to clinical education
-Describe challenges faced by students during their clinical affiliations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, interpersonal communication/conflict, psychosocial demands, and beyond
-Describe specific examples of responses to above challenges, and how various levels of grit and resilience seen in students during clinical education affected the outcome
