Where did you go to PT/PTA school?
Sacred Heart University
What made you want to become a PT or PTA?

As a young athlete I sustained a knee injury and participated in physical therapy as I recovered from surgery. During my own journey as a patient, I became increasingly interested in not only what I was doing and why, but what others in the clinic were doing as part of their rehabilitation and why.   As a PT student my love for neurorehabilitation developed.  Helping someone who’s experienced a life changing injury or condition return home, to their loved ones and to the things that are most important to them, that’s my motivation!

Why are you an APTA member?

Being a member of the APTA and CT Chapter provides access to resources, current evidence and best practices, and opportunities for professional development, advocacy and networking.

When you're not working what do you like to do in your free time?
My free time is spent keeping up with our three sweet and spunky little girls!
