This year's conference will be a one day format.

The Annual Membership meeting will be during lunch.
Lunch is included in our registration price, however if you would like to attend only the meeting and have lunch, there is a registration for this.

We apologize that our conference occurs on a religious holiday.  Unfortunately, we are limited to a few hotels that can host our conference.  We had initially scheduled this in October with a hotel and then realized another circumstance would limit the amount of man power we would have for our conference.  When rescheduling with the hotel, we had limited options.  Please understand that we are discussing different location alternatives for next year that will give us more flexibility in the date we choose.
